GraniteBridge is an independent business consulting practice that is the culmination of all my business study, teaching, consulting, and operating, available to small business owners and startups.

While short-term consulting is available on an hourly fee basis, the goal of GraniteBridge is to build solid, lasting partnerships with business owners, by providing recurring value to their business.

A big problem with and knock on consultants, rightfully so, is that they have no ‘skin in the game’; whether their guidance or advice is right, wrong, or indifferent, they still get paid a high hourly rate, and get to go home at the end of the day – business owners don’t.

As a former business owner myself, I designed GraniteBridge’s practice to have the same thing at stake as my clients, their success, and align incentives so that what’s good for your business, is good for GraniteBridge.
